Returns

Refunds 

Refunds are not possible once an item has been shipped, unless the mail is considered lost. Refunds are only possible on orders shipped with tracking if your order shows as "lost" or as un-trackable. For more info regarding what qualifies as lost mail, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
