Where is madebyshania located? 

I am based in Toronto, Ontario! 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer international shipping, however, if you are a UK or EU customer, please shop through our Etsy (this is due to VAT/tax related issues!)

 

Are your items designed by you?

Yes! I design everything myself, from products to packaging. For more questions regarding supplies & materials, please refer to my Instagram highlights under "FAQs". 

 

Are your stickers waterproof? 

Yes! All our die-cut stickers and clear deco stickers are waterproof.

 

I'm from the U.S., can I place an order? Will I be charged tariffs upon delivery?

Yes! U.S. shipping has resumed as of November 4th, 2025! U.S. customers can now place orders again, and tracked shipping labels will include tariffs/duties. This means the customer should NOT be charged tariffs upon delivery (all duties/fees are prepaid). For more detailed info, click here.

 

I'm from Toronto and don't want to pay for shipping, is there a pick-up option?

Yes! Local customers are free to choose the pick-up option at checkout, and a follow-up email will be sent shortly after with further details (keep an eye out on your inbox if choosing this option please!!). You can also select the pick-up option if you'd like to reserve your order online and pick-up at one of my upcoming events, which you can find listed at the bottom of my site, or on my events page! :)

 

I am wondering how to care for my glass cup / tote bag / coaster / apparel?

It's been a while and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If you have placed an order within Canada, please allow up to 2 weeks for your mail to reach you. If you have placed an order outside of Canada, please allow up to 6 weeks for your mail to reach you (potentially longer if you are ordering overseas!). Shipping is subject to many delays that are out of my control. However, if you are experiencing delays beyond these estimates, please send me an email @madebyshania@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist you!
