Where is madebyshania located? 

I am based in Toronto, Ontario! 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer international shipping, however, if you are a UK or EU customer, please shop through our Etsy (this is due to VAT/tax related issues!)

 

Are your items designed by you?

Yes! I design everything myself, from products to packaging. For more questions regarding supplies & materials, please refer to my Instagram highlights under "FAQs". 

 

Are your stickers waterproof? What does "weather-poof" mean?

madebyshania offers both weatherproof and waterproof stickers. What is the difference? 

weather-proof stickers can withstand light amounts of moisture, but you should generally avoid submerging these stickers in water. (note: i keep mine on my water-bottle and they hold up well, but when washing they can sometimes bleed slightly!) 

waterproof stickers are 100% waterproof and can be submerged completely in water, are dishwasher safe etc. 

 please make sure to read which sticker type you are purchasing to avoid running into any issues.

It's been a while and my order still hasn't arrived, what do I do?

If you have placed an order within Canada, please allow up to 2 weeks for your mail to reach you. If you have placed an order outside of Canada, please allow up to 6 weeks for your mail to reach you (potentially longer if you are ordering overseas!). Shipping is subject to many delays that are out of my control. However, if you are experiencing delays beyond these estimates, please send me an email @madebyshania@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist you!
